The Legacy Coordination Network Advocate (LCNA) is a coalition of community stakeholders created with the intent to increase civic engagement in African Heritage communities around a shared agenda.
Hollies Winston is the Executive Director of Legacy Coordination Network Advocate (LCNA). He has a strong project management, operations, and government affairs consulting background. In addition to the role he plays at LCNA, he also is the mayor of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Kay Smith is the Vice President of Operations at LCNA. In her role at LCNA she supports CEO Hollies Winston by managing schedules, organizing meetings, planning events, overseeing memberships and volunteer sign-ups, and coordinating with grant partners for successful collaborations and project outcomes.
Aiden Reed is the Director of Social Branding and Marketing at LCNA, where he develops and maintains the organization's online brand across various platforms. He crafts digital campaigns that effectively communicate the organization's message and resonate with the target audience, utilizing emerging trends and analytics to enhance engagement.
Nico Woods serves as the Volunteer Director and Organizing Specialist at LCNA. He has personally knocked on over 5,000 doors for us and plays a crucial role in amplifying our voice within the community.
